We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Manager to lead end-to-end customer experience operations for our fast-growing D2C apparel brand.


📍 Location: Noida, Sector 135

🔹 Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the customer care team across email, chat, phone & social media

• Manage pre-sales, post-sales, returns/exchanges & escalations

• Ensure SLAs for response & resolution times

• Oversee social media/customer interactions & reviews

• Improve processes, streamline support systems & update FAQs

• Analyze customer feedback to drive retention and loyalty


🔹 Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Retail/related field

• 5–8 years of experience in customer service (D2C/e-commerce or Retail)

• Experience managing omnichannel support teams

• Strong communication, leadership & analytical skills

• Customer-centric, empathetic & detail-oriented mindset
