Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Rajkot, allowing for a mix of office and remote work. As a Customer Care Manager, you will oversee customer service activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support. You will manage and train customer care teams, handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and implement effective service management practices. Additionally, you will use analytical insights to improve service operations and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction techniques
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and optimize service operations
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with customers and coordinate with internal teams
• Experience in leadership or team management roles is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
