*Job Title:* Customer Care Executive *Reports to:* Customer Care Manager/Team Lead *Job Summary:* We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing solutions or alternatives when possible. 3. Provide product/service information, troubleshooting, and technical support as needed. 4. Document customer interactions accurately and update CRM systems. 5. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and first-call resolution targets. 6. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to resolve customer issues. 7. Stay up-to-date with product/service knowledge and company policies. *Requirements:* 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 4. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer care tools. 5. Previous customer care experience (preferred but not essential). 6. Strong analytical and time management skills. *Soft Skills:* 1.
