Role & responsibilities

Customer Care Executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collect feedback and share insights with the management team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and patience.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but freshers are welcome.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduatation , Basic English and Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
