  • Stay informed about retail product offerings, company policies, and process updates.

Job Requirements
To excel in this customer service representative position, you should have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail support environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Prior experience in customer service or BPO (preferred but not required).
