Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Care team for the English Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s queries in a professional and courteous manner
  
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods
  
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within specified time limits
  
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  
• Keep records of customer interactions and maintain customer databases
  
• Upsell or cross-sell services/products if applicable
  
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  
• Minimum qualification: 10th or 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline
  
• Good listening skills and problem-solving ability
  
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required
  
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
