About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Calling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls related to product inquiries, sales, lead conversion, and customer retention. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English and have a strong sales mindset with the ability to provide an outstanding customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, addressing product inquiries and customer needs.
  • Clearly explain product features and benefits to potential customers to drive conversions.
  • Follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into successful sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the

              CRM system.

  • Resolve customer queries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Focus on building long-term customer relationships to support customer retention and loyalty.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets set by the team lead/manager.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales (voice process preferred).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls with a calm and focused approach.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales and relationship- building.
