Job Summary:
We are hiring a Customer Care Executive with at least 2 years of experience in calling, BPO, and customer query resolution. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle inbound/outbound calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and complaints via phone.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups and feedback.
Resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
