The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, market trends, and competition. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups in Provided Software. Collaborate with the sales and accounting team to develop strategies for growth. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market opportunities. Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Officer, Sales Executive, or similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets. Basic knowledge of MS Office and ZOHO & ERP software. Individual should know about languages: English, Hindi, Punjabi and will be able read & write.
