Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for our Ayurvedic medicines sales process. The ideal candidate will assist customers with product information, address queries, process orders, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience while promoting our range of Ayurvedic and herbal healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries about Ayurvedic products and services.
• Provide accurate product information, dosage guidance (as per company-provided details), and benefits of Ayurvedic medicines.
• Promote and upsell relevant products to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Process customer orders, payments, and follow-ups for timely delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
• Share promotional offers, new product launches, and health tips with customers to boost engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field (Healthcare or Ayurveda background preferred).
• Experience: 1–2 years in tele calling, customer care, or sales (experience in Ayurvedic/Pharma industry is a plus).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a bonus).
• Good convincing and sales skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations & CRM software.
• Interest in Ayurvedic and herbal medicines will be an advantage.
