Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns related to loan collections.
  • Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior team members or supervisors for further action.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for call handling, sales conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, risk assessment, and legal departments to ensure smooth debt recovery processes.
