Location:

Provilac is hiring Customer Care Executives with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. The role involves handling customer queries across calls, emails, and chats while ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls, queries, and complaints.
Manage international calls (as required) and voice process communication.
Assist customers with orders, deliveries, subscriptions, and product information.
Document all interactions and follow-up actions accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolutions.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet service KPIs.

Required Skills

Inbound call handling
International calling experience
Voice process experience
Strong communication (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred)
Complaint handling & customer relationship management
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support / call centre / voice process.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (7 AM–4 PM & 1 PM–10 PM).
Good listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills.
