Job Title: Tele-Calling Executive (Lead Generation)

Location: JTM Mall, Near Jagatpura Flyover, Model Town, Malviya Nagar, Jagatpura

Job Type:Full-time, Permanent

Salary:₹2,16,000 - ₹2,64,000 per year

Shift & Schedule:

- 9-hour day shift between 8:45 AM - 8:45 PM

- 6 days working with 1 rotational week-off

- Fixed shift

- Paid leaves: 2.5 PL/month, Indian festivals off

Education:

- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Any Diploma (Preferred)

- Under Graduation / Graduates / Post Graduates eligible

Experience:

- Total work experience: 1 year preferred, freshers can also apply

Languages:

- English (Preferred)

- Hindi (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients for lead generation and qualifying prospects.

- Utilize lead generation methods including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.

- Maintain a high volume of daily calls (150-200 calls/day) to meet targets.

- Identify decision-makers within target organizations and build rapport to facilitate engagement.

- Document interactions accurately and update the CRM system with lead information.

- Collaborate with sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.

- Continuously update product, service, and industry knowledge to communicate value propositions effectively.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation goals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to articulate product/service offerings and value propositions.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
