Job Description

What we are looking for:

Handle both incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers, respond to inquiries, and provide timely support.
Accurately process online orders and coordinate after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues quickly to maintain a positive buying experience and strengthen customer loyalty.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through consistent and professional communication.
Assist with logistics by coordinating deliveries, monitoring shipments, and addressing any related concerns.
Manage front desk tasks, including welcoming visitors and handling all incoming phone calls.
Gather and evaluate customer feedback to spot trends and contribute to ongoing service improvement.
Prepare regular reports to provide insights that drive informed business decisions.

Preferred candidate profile:

0 to 2 years of experience in customer care role.
Proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent service.
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
