Sales target setting and monitoring for distributor ISRs, if available at a beat level. Monitor actual sales and mid-course corrections and inputs to reduce variance against expectations. Sales projection for distribution business. Area C Business Planning Identify potential towns & appoint distributors in line with business strategy. Formulate & execute the secondary sales planarea-wise, distributor-wise, brand-wise, and SKU-wise. Ensuring quality of market coverage through effective use of distribution network. Develop and ensure implementation of the distribution plan across distributor territories. Ensure category availability, visibility, and freshness (stock rotation).
Coordinate with the sales team, B2B customers to process orders and ensure timely delivery. Respond to client queries regarding products, pricing, and availability. Liaise with production, logistics, and finance teams for order fulfillment and payment processing. Handle post-sale follow-ups, feedback, and basic customer support queries. Proactively drive FMCG sales through effective cold calling and relationship building. Onboard new channel partner to expand brand presence for Kadam and Pollie in offline consumer market. Analyze sales results, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to reduce variances. Prepare accurate sales projections and support territory business planning. Area & Business Planning: Identify potential towns and appoint distributors in line with business strategy. Plan and execute secondary sales activities area-wise, distributor-wise, brand-wise, and SKU-wise. Distribution Management: Ensure strong market coverage through efficient distributor operations. Develop and implement distribution plans to maximize reach and sales. Maintain product availability, visibility, and freshness through effective stock management. Reporting: Submit daily activity reports and updates on area performance. Monitor and report competitor activities within the territory.
