ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual agreed sales targets within company business terms for Pollie (Household Cleaning ) brands. Sales target setting and monitoring for distributor ISRs, if available at a beat level. Monitor actual sales and mid-course corrections and inputs to reduce variance against expectations. Sales projection for distribution business. Area C Business Planning Identify potential towns & appoint distributors in line with business strategy. Formulate & execute the secondary sales planarea-wise, distributor-wise, brand-wise, and SKU-wise. Ensuring quality of market coverage through effective use of distribution network. Develop and ensure implementation of the distribution plan across distributor territories. Ensure category availability, visibility, and freshness (stock rotation).

Liaise with production, logistics, and finance teams for order fulfillment and payment processing. Handle post-sale follow-ups, feedback, and basic customer support queries. Proactively drive FMCG sales through effective cold calling and relationship building. Onboard new channel partner to expand brand presence for Kadam and Pollie in offline consumer market. Track and refine key performance indicators (KPIs),and stay informed about the competitive sales and marketing landscape to ensure our approach aligns with market trends. Your analytical skills will be crucial in analyzing campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize effectiveness. Managing budgets for optimal ROI, also communicating insights clearly and collaborating with the social media team for cohesive brand messaging.
