About the Role

We are hiring Voice Customer Service Executives for a leading BPO MNC. The role involves handling customer interactions over calls, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education:

    Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)
  • Communication Skills:

    Good English communication (A/B+ grade preferred)
  • Experience:

    Minimum 6 months in a customer service role (Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome)
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with professionalism
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Update and maintain customer records in the system
  • Follow company guidelines to ensure quality service delivery

Work Details

  • 5 or 6 days working (rotational shifts may apply)
