Job Description: Customer Support Executive – Voice & Chat Process Location: Mohali / Chandigarh Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries professionally via voice or chat channels. Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues (for technical process). Ensure excellent communication and customer experience. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM tools. Meet daily performance metrics and service quality targets. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream) Experience: Freshers can apply Communication Skills: Excellent English communication required (verbal & written) Shift: Rotational shifts including night shifts Work Type: Full-time, Office-based CTC (Including PLI): ₹28,000 to ₹33,000 per month Performance Linked Incentives (PLI) 5 Days Working / Rotational Offs Growth opportunities in International Process Interview Process:HR Screening Communication Assessment Operations / Final Round Join Us If You: Have strong English communication.
