Job Title: Customer Care ExecutiveLocation: Bangalore, Kalyan nagar Department: Customer Support Reports To: Customer Care Team Lead / Manager Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Customer Care Executive with 1–2 years of experience in handling inbound calls and chats, preferably from a healthcare or service-based background. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their elder care requirements, and assisting with timely placement of caretakers and nurses at the client’s location. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls, chats, and follow-ups from clients seeking elder care services. Understand customer needs and provide accurate information related to caretaker/nurse availability, services offered, and pricing. Coordinate with the deployment and operations team to ensure smooth allocation of staff to client locations. Maintain updated records of customer interactions and service requests in the CRM system. Follow up on service feedback and address customer concerns or escalations professionally and empathetically. Support cross-functional coordination to ensure end-to-end service fulfillment. Meet daily and monthly KPIs such as call handling time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Requirements:Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a customer support or telecalling role (healthcare domain experience preferred). Languages: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil (spoken). Shifts: Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts between 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM (9-hour shift including breaks). Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and patience in handling elderly care-related inquiries. Good typing speed and proficiency in using CRM and chat tools. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualities:Prior experience in a healthcare/caretaker/nursing support environment. Familiarity with handling both call and chat customer support. Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset.
