Role Description

Customer Care Executive

  • Responding to customer inquiries via calls, emails and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining brand voice and standards.
  • Assisting with sales queries, order tracking, returns and refunds.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improving customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
  • Customer-focused, empathetic and a team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
