Resolve issues related to bookings, cancellations, payments, listings, and disputes. Provide clear, accurate, and prompt information to users. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex issues. Ensure adherence to Airbnbs policies and values while representing the brand. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude. Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations calmly. Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
