Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or equivalent. Specialized knowledge in one or more of the following will be preferred: Blood Banking Hematology Microbiology Biochemistry / Clinical Biochemistry Clinical Pathology / Cytology Clinical Research / Molecular Biology Infection Control / Virology / Immunology / Bacteriology / Parasitology Phlebotomy and Lab Equipment Handling Experience: Fresher or 1–3 years in pathology labs, diagnostics, or healthcare customer service. Additional advantage for candidates with: Voice Process (Inbound/Outbound) experience Blended Process (Calls + Emails/Chats) experience in a Call Centre / BPO Patient or customer handling skills in healthcare or diagnostics industry Key Responsibilities: Attend inbound/outbound calls to resolve patient queries and provide service information. Coordinate sample collection, report delivery, and lab appointments. Maintain accurate patient records in the system. Liaise between patients and the technical team for smooth operations. Deliver excellent customer support ensuring patient satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Skills Required: Strong customer support & customer care skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Good telephone etiquette, active listening, and empathy. Ability to remain patient and professional under pressure. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Data Entry). Knowledge of medical terminology and lab processes is a plus.
