Pediatric Nurse Cum Phlebotomist

Job Description:We are urgently hiring a Pediatric Phlebotomist or Pediatric Nurse for our GK1 Centre, who is deeply experienced in pediatric sample collection — especially in infants, toddlers, and young children. This is a patient-facing role and we are looking for someone who combines clinical skill with empathy and a calm presence for anxious parents and children alike. Key Responsibilities:Perform accurate and gentle blood sample collection from pediatric patients (infants to teens) Manage difficult pediatric pricks with minimum discomfort and maximum reassurance Maintain proper labeling, sample handling, and documentation protocols Ensure strict hygiene and infection control standards during all procedures Comfort and counsel young patients and their caregivers with emotional maturity Required Skills & Qualifications: Nurse (GNM/BSc Nursing) / Lab technician / Phlebotomist with minimum 4-5 years of experience in a pediatric ward Proven expertise in pediatric venipuncture and capillary blood collection High level of confidence, speed, and accuracy in pediatric sampling Fluent in Hindi and basic English; able to handle nervous parents and high-pressure situations Friendly demeanor, punctuality, and high standards of hygiene are non-negotiable What We Offer: Supportive team culture rooted in empathy, junior-first thinking, and integrity Clean, well-equipped centers with safety-first practices Training and growth in high-standard diagnostics Respectful and patient-centric work environment
