Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve queries effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.
  • Maintain records and documentation as per company standards.

Qualifications

  • HSC with minimum 6 months of experience

    in customer service OR
  • Graduate fresher

    with strong communication skills.

Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess all required documents for verification.
