apparel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling voice and email-based customer
interactions, with a strong focus on customer retention.
• Handle inbound customer calls and emails with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve queries related to products, orders, returns, and services in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal CRM systems.
• Familiarity with the computers and software including experienced with CRM/Ticketing tool.
