Job Description

Customer Banking Services Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in understanding home loan procedures and required documentation.
Coordinate with multiple banks and financial institutions for loan processing and approvals.
Guide customers through application submission, sanction, and disbursement stages.
Follow up with banks for timely processing of customer loans and disbursements linked to construction milestones.
Maintain accurate loan documentation and track disbursement schedules.
Resolve customer queries related to banking, loans, and payments.
Provide updates to the CRM and finance team regarding customer financial status.
Ensure that all financial transactions comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in banking, home loan processing, or customer financial services (real estate background preferred).
Strong knowledge of home loan products, banking documentation, and real estate funding procedures.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple banking partners and customer interactions simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, Marathi.
