Job Description- Sr. Customer Experience Supervisor Oversees the development and implementation of detailed technology solutions for clients using company products, outsourced solutions, or proprietary tools. Responsible for defining client needs, developing a proposal to meet those needs, overseeing the implementation of the project solution. People management and leadership. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Manages the operational and product performance per customer contracts. Drives program execution to meet desired performance as measured by defined customer service metrics. Develops and executes corrective action plans where performance in deficient. Leads cross functional program teams to achieve objectives for new product introduction. Proactively resolve people issues and ensure that attrition is well below the defined target.
