The role involves curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, classroom quality monitoring, and academic innovation. Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic & Curriculum Leadership Oversee and monitor curriculum delivery across centres. Approve lesson plans and ensure effective classroom implementation. Develop curricular goals and enrichment programs. Mentor and coach teachers to improve classroom quality. Guide facilitators in assessments, report cards, and documentation. Teacher Training & Development Conduct training sessions, workshops, and classroom coaching. Identify and address professional development needs. Conduct performance reviews and appraisals. Centre & Operations Support Collaborate with Centre Heads and Operations Managers. Ensure compliance with safety, facility, and HR standards. Participate in staff meetings to address academic and operational matters. Parent & Community Engagement Lead parent orientations and open houses. Strengthen communication between parents and teachers. Continuous Improvement Stay updated with early childhood education practices. Drive innovation through data-based insights and best practices. Ensure classrooms are engaging, child-friendly, and inspiring.
