Curriculum Specialist

Role Overview: As an Associate Curriculum Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include triaging and resolving curriculum-specific client issues, providing 2nd-tier support for educational content, identifying and reporting bugs or defects in curriculum materials, acting as a "Subject Matter Expert (SME)" in Math, Science, STEM, or ELA, collaborating with internal teams, and effectively communicating with clients. Additionally, you will be required to review and edit math lessons or assessment content with a strong attention to detail.
