Ltd. | www.comprinno.net | info@comprinno.net 1 culture ensuring it scales thoughtfully as we grow.\\**Key Responsibilities:** \ Shape, promote, and evolve Comprinno s core values and cultural narrative across all locations and teams.\ Lead initiatives around employee engagement, recognition, internal communications, and team rituals. \ Partner with Talent Acquisition team, leadership, and department heads to embed culture into hiring, onboarding, and performance processes. \ Monitor cultural health via pulse surveys, feedback loops, and informal conversations. \ Design and facilitate culture-building experiences offsites, culture weeks, and learning circles. \ Be a trusted sounding board for teams and individuals navigating change or interpersonal dynamics. \ Help articulate the employer brand internally and externally (e.g., in Glassdoor, social media, careers pages). \ Define, track and report qualitative and quantitative culture indicators to leadership. \ Establish and maintain channels for open communication and feedback across all levels of the organisation \ Collaborate with leadership to embed culture into decision-making processes and organisational practices\\**Required Qualifications & Skills:**\ Bachelor s degree in organizational psychology or related field..\ 4 8 years of experience in culture, people operations, HRBP, internal communications, or employee engagement. \ Experience in measuring and evaluating cultural impact, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making \ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels. \ A natural storyteller who can align behaviors to purpose and values. \ Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. \ Comfortable working in a fast-moving, distributed, and tech-oriented environment.\ Experience in a startup or high-growth tech company. \ Experience curating or hosting internal events, team-building workshops, or leadership offsites. \ Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of driving cultural initiatives at scale.
