As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled CTVS Surgeon to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming healthcare. Role Responsibilities Perform cardiothoracic surgeries, including coronary artery bypass grafting and valve repairs. Evaluate and manage preoperative and postoperative care for patients. Collaborate with cardiologists and other medical professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans. Conduct regular follow-up assessments to monitor patient recovery and identify any complications. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all surgical procedures. Educate patients and families about surgical procedures and recovery processes. Stay current with advancements in cardiothoracic surgery techniques and practices. Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases. Provide support and guidance to surgical teams in the operating room. Manage surgical complications and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Participate in research and clinical trials as required. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Mentor and train junior surgical staff and medical students. Contribute to the overall mission and vision of the healthcare facility. Qualifications Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution. Specialization in Cardiothoracic Surgery with relevant certifications. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CTVS. Strong knowledge of surgical techniques and patient care. Proven track record of successful surgical outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to patient safety and quality of care. Experience in teaching and training surgical residents. Familiarity with latest advancements and research in cardiothoracic surgery. Current medical licensing and board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
