Role Description: As our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder, you will be the architectural and engineering cornerstone of Detoxit.. This is a full-time, remote-friendly role (though on-site collaboration will be part of our future as we grow). You will:

• Define and Own the Tech Vision: Architect and lead the entire AI/ML software development lifecycle, from strategy and design to execution and deployment.
• Build & Lead: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and agility.
• Innovate & Scale: Drive the development of cutting-edge AI and machine-learning systems, ensuring our platform is scalable, secure, and robust.
• Strategic Impact: Translate business goals into actionable technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with our mission and market needs.
• Deliver Impact: Oversee all software development projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of innovative product solutions.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in AI/ML systems, software development, product development, and scalable architecture design.
• Proven Leadership: A track record of leading and inspiring technical teams, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to define and execute IT strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Execution Focus: Strong project management skills with a history of delivering complex technology solutions.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A passion for building, an ability to thrive in an early-stage, dynamic environment, and exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Academic Foundation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Compensation & Commitment:

• Equity-Based Compensation: This is a significant equity-based co-founder role. No salary will be provided until external funding is secured.
