Role Overview: You will be the architectural and engineering cornerstone of Detoxit as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder. This is a Co-Founder opportunity where you will build a world-class AI/ML product from the ground up, aiming to solve the challenge of mobile addiction for the next generation. Your role involves defining and owning the entire tech vision, leading a technical team, driving innovation in AI and machine-learning systems, and ensuring successful delivery of product solutions aligned with the company's mission and market needs. Key Responsibilities: - Define and Own the Tech Vision: Architect and lead the AI/ML software development lifecycle, from strategy to deployment. - Build & Lead: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. - Innovate & Scale: Drive the development of cutting-edge AI and machine-learning systems to ensure platform scalability and security. - Strategic Impact: Translate business goals into actionable technology roadmaps for strategic alignment. - Deliver Impact: Oversee all software development projects to ensure timely and successful delivery of innovative solutions. Qualifications Required: - Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in AI/ML systems, software development, and scalable architecture design. - Proven Leadership: Track record of leading technical teams, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. - Strategic Acumen: Ability to define and execute IT strategies and technology roadmaps. - Execution Focus: Strong project management skills with a history of delivering complex technology solutions. - Entrepreneurial Mindset: Passion for building, thriving in a dynamic environment, and exceptional problem-solving skills. - Academic Foundation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
