Technical Co-Founder (Founding Partner)

Location: Remote / Lucknow (Hybrid)

Role: Co-Founder & CTO

Commitment: Part-time initially (transitioning to Full-time post-funding)

Compensation: High Equity Stake (5% – 9%) via Founders Agreement

The Opportunity: Build From Day Zero

Detoxit is not just another app; it is a movement to solve the dopamine addiction crisis. We are in the pre-incorporation phase, which means this is a rare opportunity to join not as an early employee, but as a Founding Partner.

We are looking for a visionary technical leader to architect the platform from scratch and partner with the Founder to formalize the company structure. You won't just write code; you will decide how the company is built, structured, and scaled.

The "Deal" (Transparency First)

We believe in radical transparency.

Current Status: Pre-revenue, Pre-registration.

• Your Equity: Since the entity is not yet registered, your equity will be secured immediately via a legal Pre-Incorporation Founders Agreement. You will be listed as a co-founder on the official Memorandum of Association (MoA) when we incorporate.
• Financials: This is currently a bootstrapped venture. We are looking for a partner who can either inject initial seed capital OR lead the fundraising efforts to secure our first round.

What You Will Do

Create from Scratch : Build the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for the Detoxit platform. You have total freedom to choose the tech stack (e.g., Python/Django, Flutter, React Native).

Be the Co-Pilot: Work directly with the Founder to refine the business model, pitch deck, and go-to-market strategy.

Secure the Bag: Use your experience or network to help us raise pre-seed capital. Your technical roadmap will be the key asset we pitch to investors.

Who We Are Looking For

• We need a "Builder-Capitalist" mindset.

• Technical Excellence: You can build a scalable mobile/web app single-handedly if needed.
• Strategic Vision: You understand that "equity today" is worth nothing without execution. You are willing to sweat for a massive future payout.
• Investment Capability: You are financially stable and willing to invest time (sweat equity) and ideally resources (capital or network) to get us to the funding stage.
