About Us

We’re a climate-tech startup enabling high-integrity, high-impact, low-cost, carbon removal projects

Key Responsibilities

• Tech & Product Leadership:

  Define and execute the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for carbon removal monitoring and verification tools (MRV), project tracking platforms, and internal operational systems.

• Build MRV Systems:

  Lead development of data-driven platforms (IoT, mobile, GIS, LCA modelling) to quantify carbon sequestration and ensure compliance with international standards.

• Product Development:

  Collaborate with field, product, and science teams to design tools for users, agents, and verification bodies.

• Team Growth:

  Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

• Innovation & Research:

  Stay on top of tech trends in sustainability, carbon markets, AI/remote sensing for climate, and carbon accounting. Continuously assess and optimize our platform's performance, security, and scalability to meet evolving business needs.

• Ownership:

  Act as a technical evangelist, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership (bonus if in climate/sustainability/IoT/data).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of sustainability tech and carbon accounting is a major plus.
• Experience building scalable platforms, integrating geospatial or remote sensing data, or working with LCA tools is highly valuable.
• Proven track record of building and managing technical teams.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a hands-on attitude in an early-stage, fast-moving environment,

  passionate about driving innovation and disrupting traditional industry.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
