🚀 About the Role

CSR & Partnerships Lead

You’ll lead end-to-end relationship management - from identifying leads and writing proposals, to reporting outcomes and nurturing long-term partnerships.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure CSR partnerships

  with companies, foundations, and trusts
• Lead

  proposal writing, concept notes, budgeting

  , and submission processes
• Build relationships with

  government departments, skilling missions, NGOs

  , and ecosystem players
• Convert inbound leads and outreach efforts into long-term

  B2B and CSR partnerships

• Collaborate with the Program team to ensure effective project delivery aligned with partner expectations
• Ensure timely

  reporting, documentation, and donor communication

• Represent Aatm Nirbhar at external forums, CSR events, and impact showcases
• Develop partnership collaterals (pitch decks, mailers, LinkedIn content)

• Create and post content on LinkedIn regularly

  to build visibility among CSR and ecosystem stakeholders
• Support fundraising for new geographies and innovation pilots

✅ You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

• 4–8 years of experience in

  CSR partnerships, fundraising, business development

  , or similar roles in the social or skilling sector
• Experience working with

  corporates, grant-making foundations, or government agencies

• Excellent proposal writing and stakeholder communication skills
• Comfort with budgeting, outcome tracking, and reporting
• A mission-driven mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity
• (Bonus) Prior exposure to women’s empowerment, mobility, skilling, or livelihoods
