Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CSR & Fundraising Manager – Environment Services located in New Delhi. The CSR & Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, managing fundraising activities, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating CSR initiatives, building and nurturing relationships with donors and partners, organizing events and campaigns, and monitoring and reporting on program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with corporates, foundations, and HNIs for CSR fundraising opportunities.
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships aligned with EcoEx’s sustainability and waste management initiatives.
• Design and present impactful CSR programs and proposals tailored to donor requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end fundraising cycle — from outreach, proposal writing, and negotiations to MoU finalization.
• Oversee timely implementation, reporting, and documentation of funded CSR projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling presentations, reports, and impact communication materials.

Requirements

• Experience: 6–10 years in CSR fundraising, partnerships, or donor relations (preferably in environmental or sustainability sectors).
• Proven network within corporates, foundations, and CSR decision-makers.
• Strong skills in communication, proposal writing, and relationship management.
• Knowledge of CSR laws, compliance, and reporting norms in India.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and deliver results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
