The CSR & Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, managing fundraising activities, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating CSR initiatives, building and nurturing relationships with donors and partners, organizing events and campaigns, and monitoring and reporting on program outcomes. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with corporates, foundations, and HNIs for CSR fundraising opportunities. Build and nurture long-term partnerships aligned with EcoEx’s sustainability and waste management initiatives. Design and present impactful CSR programs and proposals tailored to donor requirements. Manage the end-to-end fundraising cycle — from outreach, proposal writing, and negotiations to MoU finalization. Oversee timely implementation, reporting, and documentation of funded CSR projects. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling presentations, reports, and impact communication materials. Requirements Experience: 6–10 years in CSR fundraising, partnerships, or donor relations (preferably in environmental or sustainability sectors). Proven network within corporates, foundations, and CSR decision-makers. Strong skills in communication, proposal writing, and relationship management.
