CSR Executive

As a Fundraising and Donor Relations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute fundraising proposals for corporations, foundations, and individuals. You will be required to ideate and implement corporate volunteer engagement activities across various focus areas, both virtually and physically. In addition, you will conduct thorough donor research to identify potential donors and cultivate relationships with them. Building and nurturing strong partnerships with donors and potential donors will be crucial to secure repeated funding for the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining updated donor records, ensuring compliance with legal reporting requirements, and processing donations efficiently. This includes sending acknowledgment letters, maintaining donor files, coordinating annual appeals, and updating donation records with tax documentation. Moreover, you will be tasked with creating presentations, reports, and correspondence using MS Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Your proficiency in these applications will be essential for effectively communicating with donors and stakeholders. This role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office Suite, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills.
