CSR - Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Working Panda is currently hiring Customer Care Specialists for our Hyderabad office. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will be supporting international customers through inbound calls. The role is focused on delivering excellent service, answering queries, and resolving customer concerns effectively.

Work Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad

Compensation (Approx. In-Hand)

• 12–17 months exp.: ₹25,000 during training | ₹28,000 post-training
• 18–23 months exp.: ₹26,000 during training | ₹30,000 post-training
• 24+ months exp.: ₹29,000 during training | ₹32,000 post-training

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and resolve their issues with professionalism
• Assist with billing, account, and service-related queries
• Provide step-by-step support for basic technical problems
• Document call outcomes and follow company quality standards
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet performance targets

Who Can Apply

• Minimum 1 year experience in an international voice-based BPO role
• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates welcome
• Strong English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
• Comfortable working in rotational US night shifts
