CSR - Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Support Agent for the Premium Process in Lucknow, your role involves providing prompt and efficient real-time chat support to customers. Your responsibilities include: - Assisting customers with order status and tracking, delivery issues, cancellations and refunds, as well as general inquiries and account-related concerns. - Collaborating with delivery partners, restaurants, and store teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. - Demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach in every interaction. - Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and building trust through effective communication. - Adhering to internal quality standards, response time metrics, and performance KPIs. - Keeping detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. - Staying updated with product knowledge, company policies, and service updates. To be eligible for this position, you need to meet the following criteria: - Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a premium chat support process. - Proficient in written and spoken English. - Must successfully clear the Versant Level 6 Assessment (Language and Communication Test). - Familiarity with CRM tools and chat support platforms. - Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
