Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Executive at our company, your role will involve providing exceptional support to customers during the sales process, building strong relationships, and driving sales conversions. You will need a deep understanding of our products and services to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities effectively. - Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring they have the necessary information for informed purchasing decisions. - Provide timely and accurate responses to sales-related inquiries, striving for high customer satisfaction levels. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. - Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns to enhance their overall experience. - Identify potential sales opportunities, convert inquiries into sales, and contribute to the team's sales targets. - Track and follow up on leads for maximum conversion rates, focusing on upselling and cross-selling when appropriate. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively and drive sales. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide insights for improving sales strategies and product offerings. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience and address areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in customer support or sales, preferably in a similar industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. In this role, you will be expected to contribute to key performance metrics such as sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and lead follow-up effectiveness. Your performance will be regularly reviewed to ensure alignment with the company's sales objectives and customer service standards.
