Role Overview: You will be a part of the Vehicle Insurance Incoming Call Process team, assisting Australian customers with their vehicle insurance queries. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction without any sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer calls regarding vehicle insurance policies and services. - Deliver accurate and timely information with professionalism and empathy. - Maintain records of customer interactions and update details in internal systems. - Meet performance metrics for quality, accuracy, and response time. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in an international customer support (voice) process. - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to handle customers professionally and efficiently. - Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach. - Must possess a laptop/desktop system, headset/headphones, and a stable internet connection. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts aligned with Australian time zones. - Availability to work Monday to Sunday. Note: The job allows for full-time remote work and requires proficiency in English language.,
