Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our Vehicle Insurance – Incoming Call Process team. The role involves assisting Australian customers with their vehicle insurance queries while ensuring a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Its not a sales process. So no targets will be there.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls related to vehicle insurance policies and services.
• Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant details in internal systems.
• Meet performance metrics related to quality, accuracy, and response time.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an international customer support (voice) process.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle customers professionally and efficiently.
• Self-motivated with a customer-centric attitude.
• Must own a laptop or desktop system, headset/headphones, and have a stable internet connection.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts (aligned with Australian time zones).
• Availability to work Monday to Sunday.
