CSR - Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Executive at LOTZ Wedding Center in Coimbatore, you will be an integral part of our luxury bridal and wedding wear destination, known for its elegance, attention to detail, and world-class customer service. Your role will involve: - Greeting and welcoming customers with warmth, grace, and professionalism. - Understanding client needs and guiding them through product selections. - Maintaining a positive ambiance and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. - Handling queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Coordinating with the sales and design teams to provide personalized service. - Maintaining the appearance and hygiene of the showroom area. - Assisting during bridal trials and fittings with care and sensitivity. - Managing bookings, follow-ups, and basic administrative tasks.
