Job Description

As a Patient Care Coordinator at our organization, your role will involve maintaining friendly relations and interacting with patients for all patient care services. You will liaise with all walk-ins, VIPs, and corporate executives to provide them with the necessary information and services. Your responsibilities will also include improving the organization's image through good PR activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in scheduling appointments and providing information about surgical packages - Guide patients to counselors, medical officers, diagnostic services, or inpatient admissions - Collect feedback on services provided Qualifications Required: - Excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively with patients and other stakeholders - Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be entitled to the following benefits: - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Life insurance - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund You will be required to work in person at our designated work location.
