Job Title: Customer Support Associate
Full Time (WORK FROM OFFICE)
Location: Jopling Road, Hazratganj

Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹15,500 (in-hand, with no deductions)
Working Hours: 9 hours login + 1-hour break
6 working days/week, with 1 rotational week off

Shift Timings:

• Rotational shifts (Day, Evening, Night, Midnight)
• Female: Day rotational shifts
• Male: Evening, Night, Midnight shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle and resolve customer inquiries.
• Provide excellent support through both chat and voice processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and effective manner.
• Strong decision-making ability, especially when working under pressure.

Key Requirements:

• 12th Pass or higher
• Minimum age: 18+
• Ability to work from the office
• Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
