Looking for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Fundraising Manager @ Pune location

Job Description / Role / Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement comprehensive CSR strategies aligned with company mission and business objectives.

·       Plan, execute, and manage CSR programs including community outreach, sustainability projects, and philanthropic activities.

·       Build and maintain relationships with non-profit organizations, community groups, and other stakeholders.

·       Coordinate employee volunteering and engagement initiatives promoting social responsibility culture.

·       Monitor, evaluate, and report on the impact and outcomes of CSR initiatives to senior management and external audiences.

·       Ensure adherence to legal regulations and CSR frameworks and standards.

·       Promote CSR awareness through internal communications and external channels.

·       Represent the company at CSR-related events and forums to build partnerships and enhance reputation.

·       Stay updated on CSR trends, research, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, CSR, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or related fields.

·       3-7 years of experience in CSR or sustainability roles, preferably with leadership or managerial responsibility.

·       Strong understanding of CSR principles, regulatory environment, and best practices in India and globally.

·       Experience in managing CSR or corporate philanthropy programs.

·       Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and drive complex multi-stakeholder plans.

·       Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) reporting is a plus.

·       High ethical standards and commitment to social/environmental responsibility.

·       Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Postgraduate degree or certifications in CSR

·       Experience with social impact measurement and evaluation tools.

·       Familiarity with non-profit sector collaborations and data analysis in CSR.
