CSR Corporate Partnership

As a CSR Corporate Partnerships specialist, you will play a key role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with corporates to co-design and implement CSR initiatives that are aligned with mutual goals. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential CSR collaborators across various sectors such as health, education, environment, and livelihoods, and crafting tailored proposals to engage them. You will also be expected to develop new project proposals for corporate alignment work and collaborate with internal teams and partners to execute CSR projects with measurable social and environmental impact. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates for CSR initiatives - Identify and engage potential CSR collaborators across different sectors - Create tailored proposals for CSR projects - Collaborate with internal teams and partners to execute projects with measurable impact - Monitor project progress, budgets, and KPIs to ensure compliance with CSR regulations - Prepare donor reports, case studies, and communication materials showcasing partnership outcomes - Maintain a database of CSR leads, partnership pipelines, and reporting dashboards using CRM and data tools Qualifications & Skills: - Masters degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business, or related field - 3-4 years of experience in CSR, corporate partnerships, or donor engagement - Strong understanding of CSR regulations and ESG frameworks - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to synthesize technical information into compelling proposals and reports - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data visualization platforms Preferred Attributes: - Experience working with corporates, foundations, and NGOs - Exposure to multi-sectoral projects (e.g., health, energy, water, environment) - Ability to travel and engage with field teams and partner sites - Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus This is a full-time position that requires working in person.
