Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive/Senior Customer Service Executive based in Ahmedabad. The day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, managing customer accounts, resolving billing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves providing detailed reports, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining updated records of all customer interactions.

- Strong customer service skills and experience in managing client accounts
- Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
