CS Trainee

As a CS Trainee at our company in Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in managing corporate governance, compliance, regulatory filings, and secretarial functions. Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining statutory books and records, drafting board resolutions, and supporting the organization of board meetings and general meetings. You will also be required to interact with external regulators, lawyers, auditors, and other advisers to ensure compliance with legal practices and uphold high standards of corporate governance. To excel in this role, you should have a strong grasp of corporate laws and compliance requirements. Your ability to proficiently draft and review legal documents and board resolutions will be essential.
